We currently don't have a limit on age, but we'd still like it if people kept the game tone in mind if they decide to app someone that's younger since things like death and maiming can and will happen! So even if the character is younger, please make sure that they could cope with the situations.

As for aging up a character, only if it happens in canon. You can either start them at the age up if that's a thing in canon, or you can start them as younger and make their age up a skill!
