QUESTION (i don't know if this is a thing that was already looked over, i haven't been able to find it/i don't remember my brain is mush)

do hiatus'd people need to make full AC? if not, then how long must a hiatus be in order to qualify for this AC exemption & how many comments must one make for this hiatus-AC combo?
