QUEUE INFORMATION

The queue is pretty simple! It mostly just means that we're aware that you've apped someone and that we're trying to get you placed as soon as we possibly can. Unfortunatly, this could take a little while! A month to two months is generally what it may be, though some characters may take even longer due to requests or other various circumstances. We do have a loose order of how we do things, at least, and we'll outline them here for you.

✾ TEAM BALANCE

One of the first things we look at is, "will this character work on this team?" This is because the team will be a huge part of your experience in Kyriakos! We will do our best to try to match you to the current teams. This is why we may change up our sorting priorities at times! Our goal is to make sure that everyone has a good team for their character, since the team experience is important both ICly and OOCly.

✾ REAPPS

Reapps are one of our highest priorities unless there is a previous reapp waiting in the queue. We will try to get you back to your team as soon as possible, though if we have a first waiting that may fit on the team, we will ask you if it's alright to prioritize them instead. Reapps are always open, as well. You just have to send us an email going "Hey, I'd like to reapp!" and we'll get you placed or put into the queue.

✾ FIRST CHARACTERS & SWAPS

The next highest priority are first characters. If you're not in the game, we want you into the game as soon as we can possibly get you there! Swaps are also fairly high on the list, but only if the character is suitable to the team and only if the swap is your only character. If the character isn't suitable to the team, we may contact you to talk about it!

✾ REQUESTS

Generally, we want to stick to whatever you may request for your team! However, if it throws off team balance severely or they wouldn't fit, we will contact you so that we can talk about other options.

✾ SECONDS AND THIRDS

These are lower priority than firsts and swaps! We look to these if there are no firsts or no appropriate firsts, and it will always go seconds before thirds. We will try to get them placed as soon as possible, but please keep in mind that you may be in the queue much longer with a second, or especially a third!

✾ THIRD CHARACTER ACTIVITY REQUIREMENT

We expect to have at least 70 comments per character currently in play in an activity period before we will place your third. This is largely because we want you to be active with your current characters before we add a third one to your plate.

✾TIME SPENT IN THE QUEUE

Unfortunately, you may end up spending quite a bit of time in the queue as you wait to be placed! We'll try to do placements as soon as we can as we realize that waiting in the queue isn't fun, but we also want to make sure that you get an appropriate placement as well.
